Field Day 2002
Several student members were joined by staff, alums and local hams.

This is a true Field Day antenna
Will Smith, puller of guy lines, future ham and son of K1ARK, holds the center conductor created by several of the operators for the ARCUA "get on the air" 20 meter dipole. Yes, that's a stick found at the FD site with duct tape.

 

 

On display for the section
The Arkansas assistant section manager came by toward the end of the day and snapped the digital shots for the section website.
